Pierre Laville adapted the text in French and directed the play in which Yvan Attal plays the main character.”three attorneys, two black and one white, offered a chance to defend a white man charged with a crime against a black woman.” The play is terrific, right to the point… Are we ever clear about racism, feeling either guilty on one side, victimized on the other? The plot seems very American but in the wake of the DSK affair, it rings a bell even in France. Yvan Attal is great! Not to be missed
