Thoughts on the Hurricane

Heavy rain just started… No more videos at the video store, long lines at the supermarket, post office closed at 10 am, bank at 12am. Shut down of metro, tolls, parkways… Renters who paid lots of money for the “last 2 weeks of August through LD” are fleeing the Hamptons. Will they be reimbursed? Waiting for Godot here… It is hard to concentrate. The atmosphere is heavy with threats of potential damages. It is new to me but not to those who live in hurricane zones. It is quite interesting to share the experience of those who live in different areas of the globe not just from the news. It is a great way to experience global warming and feel engaged. Imagine a snowstorm in Labuan, Malaysia or tropical rains in London… well that we can picture..!
